"We drive a lot on the roads with our machines, both on forest roads and shorter distances on public roads. Sometimes we change site several times per day," says Christer Andersson och Patrik Bertilsson on Södra Vi Flis. Christer has a new Bruks chipper with container on a 6-wheeled John Deere 1910E with Supergrip chains on the single axle and one pair on the bogie. For maximum usage of the chipper Södra Vi Flis has a unique Rottne F15 shuttle forwarder with a high tipping container.
"Thanks to the shuttle we get a significantly higher amount of chips per shift, compared with when you have to drive the chipper between the pile of brash and the truck containers."

The shuttle forwarder is also equipped with Supergrip 160TS both on the front and the back. The company’s brash forwarder is equipped with Clark’s track TXL that has maximum flotation.
"When we pick up the brash it is great with the wide TXL tracks from Clark. Since both the harvester and forwarder has been on site before we come with the brash forwarder is it very valuable to have maximum flotation."
